Sunita Williams’ space odyssey steals limelight
After several hiccups, including damage to the space shuttle Atlantis’ heat shield, Williams returned to Earth safely on June 22, as family members, friends and others waited nervously with the images of the 2003 Columbia disaster in which another Indian American astronaut Kalpana Chawla persihed still vivid in their minds.
