NASA awards contract for Ares mobile launcher

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — NASA’s Kennedy Space Center has awarded a contract to Hensel Phelps of Orlando, Fla., for the construction of the Ares I mobile launcher for the Constellation Program.
